General Returns Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on www.meirindustries.com. The products can be returned up to 10 days from the date of delivery.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is not the same product which was ordered
  • It has manufacturing defect

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you. 

Our products may contain embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, silk, shells, genuine leather etc. which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature and will not be considered as a defect.

Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website. Hence returns for colour variations won’t be accepted.

Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it” (including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered).

General Refund Policy

Once the returned product is approved for refund by our quality control team, refund amount would be credited to customer’s bank account within 7 working days.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). NEFT refunds will typically be processed in one business day from our end and will be credited to your account in two business days.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the amount will be refunded to the same account / card from where the payment was initially processed.
